Jelena’s real-estate immersion was inspired by her family’s ventures in development and planning. In 2013, after receiving her law degree in both the USA and Canada, she oversaw her first commercial development of over 36,000 sq ft in the GTA. A member of Tarion and the U.S. Green Building Council, Jelena strives to keep up with the current standard in building and management. With her leadership, the company aims to be at the forefront of the industry, having a strong team to lead clients with professionalism and transparency.

Carmen Puopolo, B.Comm, OLCM

Co-Founder, COO

Carmen leads Business Development at Peripheral Management and the Property Management division. He earned a BComm in Business Management and Marketing from Ryerson University in 2012 and holds a General License from CMRAO. From 2012 to 2021, Carmen managed a portfolio of high-rise and townhouse properties. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Carmen inspires his team to exceed client expectations.

Sonja Bozic, G.L., RCA

Property Manager

Sonja Bozic serves as Property Manager at PSCC 745 with Peripheral Management, where she oversees the day-to-day operations, financial administration, and resident relations of the corporation. Sonja brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to condominium management, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent service delivery for the community she manages.

Since joining Peripheral, Sonja has played a key role in the corporation's transition to new management, working closely with the Board of Directors and residents to maintain continuity and build trust throughout the process. She is committed to responsive, professional service and to upholding the standards of transparency and accountability that define Peripheral's approach to condominium management.

Tara Hassanian, R.E.S., L.L.

Operations Coordinator

Tara Hassanian serves as Lead Administrator at Peripheral Management, where her precision, organization, and approachable leadership keep our operations running seamlessly. Formerly with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., she brings valuable real-estate insight and client-relations expertise to her role. Tara ensures every corporation meets critical deadlines while maintaining clear communication between boards, owners, and our team. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for property management make her an indispensable part of Peripheral’s success.

Oupary Nanthavong

Business Development and HR

Oupary Nanthavong is the newest addition to the Peripheral Management team, bringing energy and a dual focus to the firm's sales and human resources functions. In her sales role, she supports Peripheral's business development efforts, helping the firm connect with prospective client corporations and grow its managed portfolio. On the HR side, she supports the team's people operations, helping ensure smooth onboarding and day-to-day people support as Peripheral continues to build out its internal infrastructure.

Oupary's addition to the team reflects Peripheral's ongoing growth and its commitment to building out dedicated support functions alongside its core property management services.

Accounting Manager

Jelena brings over 10 years of specialized experience in condominium finance and accounting, with a strong track record of supporting residential and commercial communities through accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. As a CPA, she combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of the day-to-day financial needs of condominium corporations. Her experience includes overseeing annual budgets, preparing monthly financial statements, supporting reserve fund planning, coordinating audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and monitoring cash flow. Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and responsive approach, Jelena plays a key role in helping boards make informed financial decisions while maintaining the highest standards of accountability, accuracy, and transparency.

Anabel Gibert

Accounting

Anabel Gibert serves as Accounting Administrator at Peripheral Management, supporting the firm's financial operations across its portfolio of managed condominium corporations. She works closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing, and the day-to-day administrative support that keeps each corporation's books in order.
