A member of Tarion and the U.S. Green Building Council, Jelena strives to keep up with the current standard in building and management. With her leadership, the company aims to be at the forefront of the industry, having a strong team to lead clients with professionalism and transparency.

Carmen leads Business Development at Peripheral Management and the Property Management division. He earned a BComm in Business Management and Marketing from Ryerson University in 2012 and holds a General License from CMRAO. From 2012 to 2021, Carmen managed a portfolio of high-rise and townhouse properties. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Carmen inspires his team to exceed client expectations.
